Fantasy Basketball Trade?

I'm in a fantasy basketball trader league and facing my hardest decision yet. Should I get Dirk Nowitzki, Blake Griffin, Carmelo Anthony or Manu Ginobili ? (I'd have to give up a player who plays a same position, so either Al Harrington or Landry Fields {the worst players on my team})
