When contestants of pre-recorded reality shows are eliminated, do they agree not to talk until the show airs?

Reality shows that are not live, such as America's Next Top Model. When a contestant is sent home, doesn't that "spoil" it for folks in their hometown? They would know who got eliminated. And do they have to agree to not say anything about how far they made it, and who is still in the running?
