Back in the late 80's or early 90's there was a game show with hidden cameras. I though it was Howie Mandel?

He would ask people on the street to put their hand in a bucket of piranhas and the contestant would have to guess if the passerby would put their hand in the bucket for money and how much. That was just one scenario but it was almost always outside. Another one was taking off their shirt to give to someone that was having an interview. Any clue to the name of the show?
