Do the rules of golf need to be reviewed?

In the last few events on tour, Dustin Johnson, Ian Poulter, Camillo Villegas and Padraig Harrington have all been either DQ'd or severely penalized for minor (in my opinion) rules infractions. Do you think the rules of golf should be reviewed, or do players just need to be more careful?
