Where can I buy a Harrington jacket in the US?

I'm looking for a Harrington jacket and can't find a decently priced, medium size jacket anywhere in the US. No stores I've been to carry them and all the sites I've seen that do are European based. My spending limit is stuck at 60 dollars and I'd like it to be of good quality. All answers help.
