Where can I buy these cardigans?

Those look like vintage pieces to me. The only way to get them is to go to vintage/thrift stores and stalk eBay until you find a good one. Try searching 'shawl cardigan' or 'cowichan sweater' or something like that. Retail stores like GAP, Urban Outfitters, Old Navy, and 21Men sometimes have them, too, though.
